After a variety of professional experiences and educational and psychotherapeutic training, Andrea Stemberger started her own business as a coach and trainer in 2000. In 2002 she founded the HSP Competence Network together with Bernd Hülsenbusch and since then she has been responsible for the development of the coaching sector.

Peter Puneßen worked for more than 25 years in manufacturing companies in General Management and Human Resources Management functions and therefore he knows the client's point of view. He joined HSP in 2006 and is responsible for the expansion of industry-related, manufacturing sectors as well as the area of Technical Building Equipment (TGA) and Building Services Engineering.
